The type of person you become is more important than your successes and failures in the world.

But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness and self-control. Galatians 5:22-23

In Matthew 25:14-30 it talks about God giving each of us talents and abilities. He expects us to develop them.

Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you. Matthew 28:19-20

All Christians collectively form the body of Christ. The body is formed of many different parts.
(Romans 12:4-8 and 1 Corinthians 12:12-27).
